Our Executive Director, Onyekachi Wambu spoke at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change roundtable on the ‘State of the African Continent’, as part of an internal event hosted by the Effective Governance pillar on Tuesday 29th August.
The panel looked at a range of issues, from technology and its impact on jobs, democracy and political transitions, the changing role of China in Africa, fragility, etc.
The other panelists were:

- Elizabeth Donnelly (Deputy Head, Africa Programme, Chatham House)
- Richard Dowden (Executive Director, Royal Africa Society) – moderated the panel
